Innate Immunotherapeutics is governed by a small board which works closely with the company's executive team, together with external consultants and collaborators, to achieve maximum value for the company's 1650 private shareholders.

Non Executive Chairman:

Greg Moyle, M.Com.(Hons), LL.B, A.C.A. Greg co-founded New Zealand Financial Planning following careers in accounting, the NZ Police, and the Corporate Fraud Unit of the Justice Department. Currently also an elected member of the Auckland City Council, in his spare time Greg is a Major in the Auckland Infantry Battalion of the Territorial Army.

Independent Director:

Christopher C Collins, B.S, M.B.A. Chris is a Buffalo (NY) based businessman with over 30 years experience in both large and small US organisations. He founded Nuttall Gear Corporation in 1983 and has gone on to acquire, manage and make profitable over 17 companies in a variety of industry sectors. In 1998, Chris was the Republican and Conservative Party nominee for the 29th Congressional District of New York. He is currently the elected County Executive of Western New York Erie County. Executive Director:

Liz Hopkins, B.Sc.(Hons), Liz trained at Oxford University and holds a First Class Honours degree in Pharmacology. She has spent 20 years successfully commercializing science outcomes and is currently a board member of NZBio. Liz was previously CEO at Wool Equities/Keratec, CEO at Encoate (a start-up biotech), and Chief Development Officer at NeuronZ. Before moving to NZ in 2001 she was with Pfizer's European head quarters for ten years, the last 2 years as a Global Project Manager.

Executive Director and CEO:

Simon Wilkinson. Simon was formerly a partner in Christchurch based ODL Capital, the principal domestic fund raiser for Innate Immunotherapeutics since 2001. He has spent 20 years in finance, banking and business management after training as an officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy.
